A new version of RedSquare for Nintendo Wii is released with the following changes:
15/01/2009 Version 0.80
– Improve and secure webservice interface.
– Bugfix: Remove some small reported graphical bugs.
– Bugfix: Remove several bugs in network thread.
– Build game with libogc 1.7.1 and devkitPPC r16 compiler.

Hi, I think RedSquare can’t found Internet because I use Wii Lan Adaptator. I have try with v0.80 = Always Error ! Can you fix this bug ? Your games are very cool 🙂 !
Hi, I don’t have this Wii Lan Adapter device. I use the internal Wifi device. So too bad, i can not help you on this moment. Best Regards wplaat
You can try to ask to Teknecal (HomeBrew Browser), his soft work with the LAN 🙂

I know i have too much time ’cause i get so much new ideas but there are some i have toughed while walking in my work so..
Once you find a way to use 2 wiimotes you could try to make a multiplayer for redsquare. Maybe with little smaller blocks (but not too little) and game over when touched by other players block. That could be exiting and enjoyable tactical multiplayer co-op

Ok so what i wish for is somekind of small sound when i take the square or leave it. It’s not much but it makes game feel more natural. 🙂
..And maybe multiplayer for Pong 2. 😉
This is something not so necessary but i have realized that those small things could make those games even better than they’re at this moment and i though it’s good to say that. =)
Redsquare’s highscore list are really awesome thing to be. You have done some great homebrew games & i’d like to thank you for that.

If someone you want to translate it to a other language please wait for the next coming release. I will move all the text to a separate xml file. The language dependency much be solved on this way else i have to make all my future code change in multi version. This is not what I want.
