Symbian WarQuest 1.0

This evening Plaatsoft has released version 1.0 of the WarQuest for Symbian. This release contain the following changes:

26-02-2012 Version 1.0
- Added intro screen
- Added automatic signon
- Added automatic screen resolution detection.
- Added game screen based on QtWebKit.
- Use QT library 4.7.3 for Symbian as engine.
- The app was build with QtCreator v2.4.1
- Released app on OviStore.

Windows WarQuest 1.4

This evening Plaatsoft has released version 1.4 of the WarQuest for Windows. This release contain the following changes:

20-02-2012 Version 1.4
- Added intro screen.
- WarQuest was build with QtCreator v2.4.1
- Use QT library 4.7.4 as engine.
- Released app on freewarefiles.com.

WarQuest 4.6

This evening WarQuest v4.6 is released with the following changes and bug fixes:

- Added twitter account setting to settings page.
- Show last player tweet on player profile.
- Stock amount is now a free input field with suggestion box.
- Improve unit loot functionality.
- Disable restore / repair notification in main menu.
- Increase all spacecrafts defense strength.
- Moon energy building price decrease with factor 10.
- Warrior hourly cost increase. They were to cheap.
- Added 12 moon discount buildings.
- Added 10 moon maintenance buildings.
- Added “Warrior 11″ and “Galaxy Explorer II” moon unit.
- Added “No region for rebellion available” detection.
- Remove some english typos.
- Bounty hunting player list functionality changed:
– Players under level 150 see only players under level 150.
– Players from level 150 see only players from level 150.
- Added setting “Enable oldest battle player on top at battle list”
- Bug fix: Improve header for players in level 220.
- Bug fix: Opening chat does not take you back to earth anymore.

WarQuest 4.5

This evening WarQuest v4.5 is released with the following changes and bug fixes:

- Battle page contain now random player selection.
- Added rebellion rise and bounty set awards.
- Updated home award section and help award page.
- Added more cyberspace players in higher levels.
- Added five more battle awards.
- Improve player search (Admin mode)
- Integrated Twitter functionality. (Admin mode)
- Change battle range algoritme. Now more players are in range!
- Added forum topic search.
- Cron job functionality:
– Added “Sell some units of players with negative hourly income”.
– Optimize some queries for better performance.
- Health restore timer inactive period decreased to 5 minutes.
- Improve cyberspace robots intelligence:
– Robot get a live when attacked.
– Robot buy automatic new units and buildings.
– Robot income period is extended with 24 hours after an attack.
– Robot trade-in received skill points.
– Robot withdraw automatic money for bank accounts.
– Robot counter attack smart. So be aware!
- Bug fix: Player battle news contain now always correct army type.
- Bug fix: Rebalance some defense values of moon units.
- Bug fix: Battle loot is now working correct!
- Bug fix: Ranking place on home is now always correct.
- Bug fix: Remove typo from home screen.
- Bug fix: Remove double player profile on chat page.
- Bug fix: Rebellion on moon popup information is now right.

WarQuest 4.4

This evening WarQuest v4.4 is released with the following changes and bug fixes:

- Added new leaderboard ranking sort ((experience/30)+won-lost)

- Bug fix: Skill points counter in submenu is now working fine again.

WarQuest 5.000.000 requests

Hi everybody. Today the 5.000.000th WarQuest request was processed. That’s great. It took 17 days to get from 4 to 5 million. So the WarQuest server is handeling around 1.800.000 requests a month. Hardware is scale for must higher values so invite more players and ofcourse keep on playing.
